Booking & Pickup
Scheduling is easy. Book online, choose your pickup day, and leave your laundry in your designated pickup location.
Yes. We offer complimentary pickup and delivery within our service areas.
No. As long as your laundry is in a safe, accessible location, we can pick it up and deliver it back.
You may use your own bag for your first order. Returning clients may use a Rinse Cycle Valet laundry bag.
Pricing & Services
Premium Wash & Fold is $2.25/lb. Standard Fluff & Fold is $1.80/lb. Bedding, sheets, pillowcases, and washable area rugs are priced separately.
Wash & Fold includes washing, drying, and folding. Fluff & Fold is for laundry that is already clean and only needs professional folding and packaging.
No. Our pricing is simple and transparent.
You are charged after your laundry is weighed and your final total is calculated.

Turnaround & Specialty Items
Most orders are returned within 24–48 hours.
Rush service may be available depending on schedule.
Yes. We wash comforters, blankets, sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases.
Yes. We clean washable area rugs up to 8x10.
We do not accept items with bodily fluids, mold, pests, heavy biohazard soil, or items that require dry cleaning.
